High Impact Learning

  • We build our solutions based on the latest principles within adult learning

  • We believe that an investment in learning is only worthwhile if it returns as improved performance

  • Our approach includes a blended pre- and post-program process that enables full transfer of learning into performance

In today’s hypercompetitive global business climate, no company can afford to waste resources, especially its human capital. Every investment must ultimately be judged in terms of its contribution to the organization’s mission and success.

The real finish line for learning is improved performance

Beyond Creating Events

Companies invest in learning in order to enhance the value and effectiveness of their human capital and, therefore, their ability to achieve their objectives. At LPI we believe that we have an ethical responsibility to ensure that such investments produce a return in terms of improved performance and competitiveness.

To ensure that return, LPI has built a high-impact conceptual framework for linking learning and business impact throughout our solutions. LPI´s High Impact Learning approach builds on three core methodologies:

 EFMD Excellence in Practice

What is EFMD?

The European Federation of Management Development (EFMD) is a global, non-profit, membership-driven organization dedicated to management development. With 900+ members across 91 countries, EFMD acts as a catalyst to promote and enhance excellence in management development globally. In 2019, LPI was recognized with the Excellence in Practice finalist award.

How We Apply It

LPI is specialized in working with long-term agreements and co-creating impactful learning journeys in close partnership with our clients. Even though implementation may vary in organizations, LPI applies the EFDM Principles of Excellence at every stage of the process to ensure a strong quality and impact focus from the very beginning of the partnership.

Impact of Applying EFMD

By applying the EFDM Principles of Excellence we frontload impact by design. Impact is an integrated part of our partnership from design to delivery

Integrating Impact Into the Design Process

In practice, a strong quality and impact focus right from the beginning of the partnership will take us through the steps as follows:

  1. Business objectives and business drivers, impact indicators

  2. Skills and behaviors

  3. Learning objectives and curriculum

  4. Impact assessment questions

  5. Learning journey
