The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning

The Six Disciplines are a business- and process-driven approach that ensures maximum value from training and development which has been described in the book “THE SIX DISCIPLINES OF BREAKTHROUGH LEARNING” by Roy V. H. Pollock, Andrew McK. Jefferson and Calhoun W. Wick.
In LPI we use Six Disciplines—the 6Ds®—that characterize high-value, breakthrough learning and development initiatives as an integrated part of LPI's High Impact Learning approach.
