Simplicity

The nature of something being a problem or a challenge is that it is not simple. Yet, our proposed solutions should always be simple.

At least simple to implement. In our industry, we experience too much over-engineering. Sometimes because it helps a consultancy company make a project bigger than it has to be and other times because people want to make a personal footprint or a flagship solution.

The role of our consultants is to, each and every time, support the client with solutions that are easy to implement, cost effective and will survive in the organization after we leave.

It happens when you keep adjusting road-tested and highly successful solutions to be contemporary. It happens when you actively and continuously invest in potential game changers. Integrity

When founded, we had one overall rule: Never sell anything to a client that you would not have bought yourself if sitting on the other side of the table.

This is still the golden rule at LPI. The consequence is that we consistently only make recommendations for learning designs and consultancy assignments that we would be willing to pay for ourselves, if we were on the other side of the table.

On the same note, we always push back on client ideas, even when they are commercially advantageous to LPI, if we would never have done things this way ourselves. To us, this is integrity.
