Kevin Feng is the Chinese CEO of LPI. He has rich and profound working experience in leadership development for mid to top leaders, organizational development, culture and talent developments. 

 
 

Professional Career

Before joining Leadership Pipeline Institute as CEO of LPI China, Kevin held a number of significant roles in large international companies (Philips, 3M, GE), China State Owned Enterprises and privately held companies.

He started his career spending 10 years in the marketing profession, and later chose HR as his life-long career for 13 years. Whereas his most recent was a senior HR leader for a China company of $100 billion revenue then his most profound experience was built in GE, where he was China director for GE Crotonville development center almost 9 years, splitting his time between China and US.

Kevin has deep and broad working experience in leadership development for mid to top tier leaders, organizational development, culture and talent development. 

Kevin has accumulated rich experience in training design & delivery, competency development and leadership development programs. Kevin was a certified trainer and facilitator with GE leadership courses and others, and he introduced and implemented GE’s flagship program-leadership, Innovation and growth (LIS/LIG) in China. He played a key role in GE-COMAC joint leadership development program (GCAT).

His experience with implementing leadership pipeline solutions as an executive consultant comes from working with multiple very large China State Owned Enterprises and large private companies in different industries.

Kevin co-founded China CLO100 4.5 years ago as the best learning and co-creation platform in China for learning leaders and he is also an expert for China Action Learning Center. He has been lecturing at Antai Business School, Shanghai Jiaotong University for 6 years and also teaching in Business School , China Renmin University. 

Kevin holds a MBA degree from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School).
