Professional Career

David brings more than two decades of experience developing talent strategies for diverse businesses. His industry experience spans across Technology, Professional Services, Logistics/Distribution, Healthcare and Hospitality. He has coached company founders and executives to focus on implementation of integrated talent strategies including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management/Succession Planning, Performance Management, Engagement and Retention of critical talent.

Prior to joining Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI), David spent 10 years as an internal HR Executive and Consultant at several high growth technology organizations. He led People, Talent and HR teams with a focus on building high performing and scalable organizations through their people.

David has facilitated talent and leadership developmental programs for some of the worlds best service brands including Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Compass Group N.A. In addition, he has been entrusted by senior management to support them in building high-performance teams and managing cultural change.

He has deep expertise in enabling organizations to deliver talent outcomes and is recognized for his systems thinking in addressing complex business challenges. This combined with his passion for coaching and developing leaders has led to a proven track record of impacting business results.
