Case A

A global leader within renewable energy produces, installs, and maintains wind turbines on-shore and off-shore and currently monitors more than 20,000 turbines round the clock. They install an average of one wind turbine every three hours, twenty-four hours a day. Their wind turbines generate more than 90 million MWh.

 

The global leader within renewable energy implemented the Leadership Transition Programs® as the backbone of their leadership training and they have for years had the primary in-house leadership training programs.

 

They have rigorously measured the short-term and lasting impact of the programs. In all programs they have assessed what knowledge participants have gained during the program and how the participants have changed attitude. This has been done using a pre-, post-, and transfer test in connection with all programs.

 

Impact Measurement

The pre- and post- tests demonstrated that participants on the programs both gained significant knowledge during the program AND significantly adjusted their attitude towards their leadership role. Furthermore, the “transfer” test taken three months after the program demonstrated that there was a lasting impact on both knowledge and attitude.
